If you register online, you will receive same-day email confirmation.
Payment must be received before the training course commences.
You can pay via bank draft, cash, credit card, or wire transfer.
Note: If payment is not received, GLOMACS may refuse admission.
The course fees typically include:
- Printed materials, lunch, and refreshments (classroom courses)
- Electronic materials via email (online courses)
- Certificate of completion or attendance

Yes, you may transfer your registration free of charge if notified at least 5 working days before the course.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation terms:
- More than 10 working days: Full refund
- 5–10 working days: 50% refund
- Less than 5 working days: No refund
If a course is postponed or cancelled, you may choose an alternative date or receive a full refund.
