  • Fax: Send a completed booking form to +97144250701
  • Telephone: Call +971 4 425 0700 to reserve your place.
  • Post Mail: Send a completed registration form to:
    • Registrar’s Office – P.O. Box 74653, Dubai, UAE

Upon receipt of your registration form, we will send the following within 24–48 hours:

  • Joining Instructions
  • Invoice/Receipt (if applicable)

If you register online, you will receive same-day email confirmation.

Payment must be received before the training course commences.

You can pay via bank draft, cash, credit card, or wire transfer.

Note: If payment is not received, GLOMACS may refuse admission.

The course fees typically include:

  • Printed materials, lunch, and refreshments (classroom courses)
  • Electronic materials via email (online courses)
  • Certificate of completion or attendance

Yes, discounts are available.

Note: Discounts cannot be combined with other offers.

Yes, you may transfer your registration free of charge if notified at least 5 working days before the course.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation terms:

  • More than 10 working days: Full refund
  • 5–10 working days: 50% refund
  • Less than 5 working days: No refund

If a course is postponed or cancelled, you may choose an alternative date or receive a full refund.

You will be notified via email and/or phone.

Yes, GLOMACS provides tailored in-house training at your location. Contact us for a quotation.

Yes, participants receive printed or electronic materials. Some courses may include additional online resources.
